How to make sure I am getting Pay-per-view programming
To ensure your electronic programming guide is receiving Pay-per-view programming, please turn off your receiver when it is not in use. While your receiver is in standby (turned off), the latest Pay-per-view programming is updated onto your programming guide. Your receiver automatically goes into standby mode if inactive for four hours.
Can I order a 1080p event and watch it on a TV set that is not 1080p-capable?
You can still watch your Pay-per-View event programming. Your receiver will automatically adjust the resolution to suit your television.
How to order Pay-per-view events on your Bell Satellite TV
There are 2 ways to order Pay-per-view events
- Online self serve account (CWT)
- By phone
Online Self Serve Account (CWT)
- Log into your account
- Select the Pay-per-view tab in the top navigation pane
- Select the event you want to order and submit
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding the next steps required to finalize your order. You must accept the terms and conditions, you may need to provide documentation to validate your seating capacity and some orders may require that you contact the promoter of the event to finalize pricing.

Call 1 877 439-8502 to reach one of our Bell Satellite TV for Business agents for assistance. Be sure to follow the directions provided by e-mail once you have placed the order with the agent.
How to watch Pay-per-view events
Simply tune in to the channel on the time and date of the event. This information was provided to you in the confirmation e-mail when the order was placed.
How to find what Pay-per-view events are offered this month
The events available each month can be found in the Pay-per-view section within the programming tab of the website.
